Nike Robson

Came in over the weekend to purchase some new running shoes - there were several staff there, but none approached to offer to help. One was talking to a group of his friends for about 15 minutes while we looked around and read reviews on the shoes online. Finally a very tall associate came to help, and was attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, the in-store stock is very limited, and we went to a store down the block to buy a pay from a competing brand.

My boyfriend got some shoes and some amazing customer service from Nate. Give that man a raise! He was lovely, beyond helpful and knowledgable :

Would be nice if alarm tags were removed before walking out of the store and driving to my home which is in Chilliwack. What's the point in alarm tags if they aren't even going to go off?

Very helpful staff. Sophia was spectacular! I came to the store with my feet swollen of walking for too long in Vancouver and she made the perfect recommendation so I can continue exploring the city There are a good selection of clothing and shoes.

My Husband and Granddaughter went to buy runners and were ignored by Staff at Robson Nike Store. Thankfully Footlocker Store Staff were more helpful. Maybe because we are First Nations .

Priced higher than their own website. This is a privately owned store ripping people off

The staff was super friendly and helpful, I dont do reviews all the time, but they were great today and toatally deserve a review. Only bad thing is that they did not have a size that I wanted, even thought they said they did, once i got to the front desk to pay for my shoes I found out that they made a mistake with the information, apart from that, great staff.

Friendly, helpful staff to help you buy all things Nike. Just as you would expect.
