Nice course! Only played 3 holes and it really started to rain with some wind, and only a few degrees. Asked for a rain check but they do not offer here. So check the forcast before you come here!
The course is in great shape and great for all skill levels. How ever I believe there’s some sort of agreement or membership deal with the condo owners connected to the course. That being said, be prepared for a foursome to walk out of their apartment and cut in front of your at hole 3.. very confusing situation. It has happened both times I was there. Also if you wanted to book 18 holes you cannot do so from online. I tried to book a 18 twice and when I got there in the morning I was told I could only play 9. I travelled from the island to play this course so I was very disappointed when I found out I could only play half a round… bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will swarm you. Other then that. Decent course
Great 9 hole golf course. Great place for all skill levels
Heard this was a good place for beginners and had high hopes to try it out for my first golf course, coming from only playing pitch and putt, the course was beautiful and the front desk girl was very friendly, we arrived for our 10:20 tee time but had two groups of 4 before us, so we practiced our putting on the little putting green before we could tee off, we got to tee off around 10:50 maybe and half way on hole 1, an older gentleman came driving up to us asking why we’re were so late when our tee time was at 10:20, we explained the situation but he then continues to ask condescending questions in a aggressive tone like “are you guys new to golf? And why would you choose a Sunday morning when everyone is trying to play?”The tone of his voice made us feel very unwelcome, sad to say this will probably be the only time I come to this golf course, I understand maybe we shouldn’t have chose the morning but I assumed it would be quiet enough that we wouldn’t be in anyones way. If it wasn’t for the older gentleman talking down to us I would have enjoyed this place but my round of golf was ruined and could no longer enjoy my time there.
Perhaps the best feature of this mature and well groomed course is that you can't get into real trouble...the fairways are forgiving and the water hazards are easy to avoid. Yet the course can be challenging to score well particularly if you tee off from the blues. Fun golf course for all skill levels!!
Sorry. Gotta disagree with all these fawning reviews. This is a 9 hole course. You play the same 9 twice. The green fees are a rip off and the course is boring. Tons of different options available elsewhere. Just gotta look. In fairness, the course is in good shape.
Great course, unbeatable price, really well kept greens, teeboxes, and fairways. No sounds of traffic, lotsa cool birds, nice ponds and fountains, refreshing breeze coming off the Nicomekl River, not many places to lose a ball, except in the ponds. Highly recommend
Perfect urban course with waterfront eye candy and abundant mountain views.
We played this course two days after a major rainfall in November of 2021. Groundskeeping does an excellent job of keeping the course playable. Bunkers were underwater but overall a fantastic round. We played 9 holes twice for $46. We thought that was a little pricey given the season. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Birds everywhere!!
Everyone I've asked has recommended this course to me. I regret not playing it sooner. Played it for the first time last Saturday. Its such a beautiful course. I came early and walked the trail around the course. Lots of people walking, jogging, biking on the trail. The golf was not bad either. I definitely recommend you walk the trail. Its a great way to warm up for your round and you can get a glimpse of the course if you haven't played it before. The two par 5's on this course are tough. Hole 1 and 3 are both par 5s and all OB on the left. You can spray it right on those holes. But if you hook it, its gone. The longish hole 2 is a tricky par 3. Don't be left or you could hit someone on the trail. The greens were great and it was interesting to see 2 flags on one green. Its only a 9 hole. So you can play the red flags on your first nine. Then play it again with the white flags.
