Dr. Charlotte and her team are amazing. Several of my pets have been under her care for a long time and she has always done wonders for them. She would take time out of her busy day to answer my many many questions over the phone/messages. And when I had to bring my pets into the clinic she and her team were absolutely amazing every single time. You couldn’t ask for a better, more passionate veterinarian that knows what’s best for the animals. I highly recommend her and her team!! 5 star review from this animal lover all the way!!!!

Dr Charlotte is a dedicated, compassionate and knowledgeable vet. You can count on her to give you an accurate diagnosis and detailed descriptions of all treatment options. She is our trusted vet for our two dogs. Having had other vets, no other compares to her. I most appreciate her love for all animals in her care. She gives incredible care, and goes to extra efforts to make sure an animal receives life-saving care even when that means sleeping beside the animal to ensure it has overnight expert care. I trust her experience and expertise when having to make the heartsick decision to euthanize a pet. She doesn’t ever want to do this but she absolutely knows when an animal is suffering and will be honest with you. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Charlotte and her team at Nickel City Animal Hospital. Your pet will get the very best of care here and you will be treated with respect, honesty and compassion.

If there’s anything you need to know about this place is that Charlotte and her entire team are by far the BEST veterinarian clinic I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They are by far the most compassionate, well spoken, hard working and all around phenomenal people in the industry! Charlotte has taken the time, on several occasions, to give me advice on what should be done no matter WHAT the emotional circumstances might be on my end for the better of my animals life. I willingly drive 3hrs ONE WAY to go bring my animals to the best care they can receive. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nothing but good things to say!! The only vet I use for either horse, dog or cat. Recently had my dog neutered there, everyone was so compassionate and did a very good job with my boy. He healed up well and when we had questions they were happy to help. Great atmosphere!!

Dr. Charlotte is THE best! I needed a Great Vet for my Great Dane, and wow, did I find one! I have never had a vet as caring and compassionate as Dr. Char. She truly wants to help animals, and is passionate about giving them the best care possible. You will not find a vet who will take better care of your pet than Dr. Char.

The love and care Dr. Charlotte has for our dog has been nothing short of amazing. She was so thorough, gentle and patient. I have recommend her to a few friends and she has never let me down.

Dr. Sauvageau and her staff are absolutely amazing. They always take the time to listen to my concerns even when I'm just being a over protective pet mom. My dogs are always scared to go in the vets office but they are always cared for with so much love, I never have to worry about them when they are with her and her team.

I love love love this vet. They do not over price, like their competitors, and their solution does not always involve SURGERY!! They keep client costs in mind, while providing excellent care for the animals. :

NCAH has always taken such great care of my pet! They are quick to book appointments, provide real solutions not always just the expensive solutions, the staff are pleasant and wonderful to deal with. We are lucky to have a high quality clinic like this in Sudbury!

Not good. Went here for a second opinion on the state of my cat but feel it wasn’t received as vet seemed to rely heavily on notes from previous vet. I don’t think there are good standards for the care of senior cats in Sudbury. I would avoid this place. Vet seemed compassionate but I now feel I was mislead on certain facts that unfortunately lead to me agreeing to euthanize my 16 year old cat who’d been quite healthy just a month ago, which I believe points more to untreated infection kidney infection or UTI rather than him dying from kidney disease in an unprecedented amount of time. I was in an extremely vulnerable state after dealing with a vet in Val Caron that offered no treatment or care path whatsoever. I was told I would be selfish not to put down my cat. Avoid this place. You may have to seek care in a city with better standards or an actual animal hospital.
