Nica's Market

Great sandwiches. Their grocery selection is limited, but I'm always amazed when leave with everything I wanted to get. Staff is good, meat and produce is excellent.

While Nica's is great for a select few items; their deli service is either incompetent or nefarious. They regularly misprice items, and will often simply give you the wrong ones, yet labeled with a much higher price tag. Go down the street to another deli.

Nica’s is an East Rock classic. I love stopping by here for a coffee. Today, I had a hot chai with vanilla and it was the best I have had in New Haven. Prepared foods are delicious and staff is kind. I would recommend!

Gotta love those breakfast sandwiches on a hard roll. Coffee is meh but hey they got the sandwiches down. Also offers all sorts of other premade food for lunch and dinner.

I love this low key spot on Orange st. In New Haven. The food is great. I come here often for lunch and a few scoops of ice cream. They have fresh fruits and vegetables. You also can sit and eat outside. This place is great.

Great Deli and little store front and small butcher. The order to go food is excellent. My go to is the chicken cutlets and they are too notch. Can't recommend this place enough
