Closed my checking account after continuously dealing with one of the rudest women I've ever met. Switching my bank was much easier than having to deal with her if I ever had a question or problem. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the women I corresponded with about my car loan was very kind and helpful.

The service is horrible, the fees are high and they love to say they are irreversible. The employees are nice but are only doing what the corrupt  organization tells them to do. They have good loan plans and that’s about it. Get out as soon as you can.

High Service fees, very average loan rates, no late weekday, holiday, or Saturday hours, rude service. Go to Cornerstone FCU.

Awful service, rude employees, terrible hours. 
Went in to get my card activated because I wasn't allowed to do it myself, after a month long wait mind you, only to be met with a disgruntled large man. Clearly because I interrupted his time playing games on his phone. Switching asap.
