Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union

I've been going to this bank/credit union since i was a kid and I've never had problems up until June of 2017 that's when money disappeared from my acct they told me that there were no records on my acct and then never helped me after that i am very unhappy with this bank/credit union and feel disgusted that they wouldn't even reimburse me for the missing money! not to mention they are rejecting my direct deposits and sending them back to the companies and I'm honestly very fed up.

Horrible customer service never answers phone i got hung up on serveral time ...guess ill take my bussiness else where

They aren't horrible but they need to update their technology. I would enjoy banking with them more if i could deposit and transfer money easier.

They give u opportunities to build your credit. They are always nice and it's a good place to go for banking.. This of course is for the niagara falls locations

They suck. You cannot even do ATM deposits like regular banks do.
