Little place that I grab a submarine at eat in the park in front. The bread is really good and the vegetables fresh. Do give yourself an extra few minutes if you arrive around noon. Popular place in the area but worth the wait.

Great food at an amazing price, staff is super friendly. Only negative is they only take cash, would eat there way more often if they took cards.

My favorite place for Vietnamese subs. It has also some Vietnamese and Thai classics at very affordable prices. Bring cash since they don't  accept any type of electronic payment
