New Wave Spas & Pool Svc

Rob and his crew were outstanding during our pool installation. I can't imagine any pool company providing a better experience. Rob also did many extra little jobs which helped to keep my landscaping cost down. Can't thank him enough. Since installation, Cathy and Aimee have been teaching us how to maintain the pool. They are both very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Again, can't say enough about the whole experience. Thanks again guys!

We have been dealing with New Wave since 1998. Our pool was installed in 4 days. Never had a problem with it. They open and close it every year quickly and professionally. Any and all questions about pool or tub, graciously dealt with by Cathy. Customer service is excellent and we highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been dealing with New Wave Pools for 3 years now from the professional pool installation to the ongoing service they have been fantastic. I consider myself a pool idiot and every time i go in they are more than welcoming, test my water and give me advice that helps keep my pool water crystal clear. I definitely would refer them to anyone who is considering a pool.

Found this business on a magazine ad. Called them and left a message, after few days somebody called me and said that somebody will call me back to set up an appointment for a quote. After 2 weeks or so I called again as nobody had called me. Again, I was told they are too busy but somebody will call me for sure. After 2 or 3 days finally Rob calls me and we set up an appointment a week later. Well, he never showed up to the meeting, not even a call to reschedule. I don't know how people can run business like this (very unprofessional). If this is the way New Wave Pool & Spa responds to potential customers I can only think how painful the actual pool construction would be. I'll take my business to someone else. At least I realized of their poor customer service early in the project.

Been shopping here for a couple years now, very nice store, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, good prices, better than other places in the Orangeville area.
