My furnace stopped working today. My regular service company had gone out of business. Starting calling around & 2 other companies told me it would be two weeks before they could get to me. Not good when you have no heat! Called Don's & they said they would be back to me within an hour. Sure enough they called within the hour and said they would have someone there within the hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem on my 28 year old furnace. Don, great service by Ryan! Thanks

Just had a new furnace and water heater installed, I must say the job was done very professionally. I was really happy with the work, the tech's were great to talk to, explained the work performed in detail and cleaned up the work area.

I had an issue with a brand new furnace that has taken longer then I wished to resolve. The technicians were friendly and helpful . My only criticism is that I would have liked to have better communication with the company. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I have had nothing but excellent service from the technicians and the company owner Don, to the extent that I want to have a central air conditioning system installed in the summer.

Great service and cleaned up after themselves. Great dog whispers too..lol. explained everything they were going to do. Added another shutoff valve and fixed a broken one as a free service. Excellent from start to finish.
