New Residence Hall

Watchout Rats....Masks are poorly worn front desk and in the hôtel... the employées in the kitchen do not Wash their hands.. poor hygiène!

I had the plesure of staying here as part of a school trip to Montreal, and I couldn't have asked for much more to the rooms. It has a TV, a mini fridge, fine desks with USB slots built in, comfortable chairs and beds, aswell as a nice view.

The room was very comfortable but the washrooms need to be renovated... The location to the downtown is very good... Walking distance... The breakfast which is included with the price is good.... The cook is fantastic and very friendly.... I forgot his name but he is from Fiji

The rooms is nice and has lots of space. The washroom is large, and includes a hair dryer. From the upper floors the view is spectacular. My favorite part is the location. The hotel is connected to an underground mall. Food in the dining hall is tasty. I recommend their "comfort food" meals.

How do I start. The food at breakfast, how do I put this was cold, wasn’t completely cooked and was just plain disappointing. The rooms, we were told we were supposed have queen sized bed but we ended up only having beds smaller then a double. And finally, the only vending machine in the hotel did not work.

The room was good, but the bathroom looked very old. I wasn't sure if it was not really clean or just old. The rest was okay.
