New Orleans Pizza

Since moving to Tottenham a couple months ago, we have ordered new Orleans almost every Friday night .. we loved the pizza, we usually ordered 2 medium 1 toppings. There have been times we ordered larges. We have always picked up and the total has never been more than $26... I called last Friday and since we had company I asked about delivery.. ordered 2 large 1 topping and I was told the total was $43 and change. So I asked how much delivery charge was, she replied "I'm new let me ask".. I hear her say "the girl on the phone wants a better deal, what do I say".. she comes back and on the line and I said I was just asking how much delivery is because if it's like $15-20 I will just pick it up. She said "delivery to Tottenham is 25 cents".... I hung up and ended up calling right back to cancel. I understand miscommunication will occur when training new employees, but a busy Friday night dinner hour isn't the best time to train a new employee on the phones. I got 3 mediums for $15 at firehouse in town.. way better bang for you buck!

I like ordering online because my phone service is not very reliable in Beeton. However, the store still calls each time to confirm online orders. On one occasion, the food wasn't started when we went to pick up because my phone wasn't in service 30 minutes ago. The quality of the pizza is top notch. The chicken bites are decent. I REALLY like the pesto base option and goat cheese YUM.

One of the cheapest pizzas in town, the main reason why I went there. So lamentable that the lady behind the counter finds the need to remind you that the low cost is not reflected on the quality of pizza but on the quality of the customer service. It's almost hard to believe on how badly one needs to be treated in order to make the getting pizza experience a burden. By yelling a other customers, using a condescending tone and mocking me because of my "Pizza in separate bags" request. I read in one of the other reviews that she behaves that way due to a medical condition she suffers. However, mockery and lack of politeness is inexcusable, even when there is a medical condition. It is needless to say I will not be coming back here, and strongly suggest you to got to one of the other pizza places in town. Save yourself the unnecessary let down and avoid ruining the excitement that comes with getting pizza.

We have ordered pizza from New Orleans a couple of times to be delivered to us while we were camping. They always delivered in good time, fresh pizza. Now that we have moved up this way we have ordered many times. No issues at all, even through a snow storm pizza was always hot and delicious.
