Kenzington Burger Bar

Love the space! The burger was super delicious and staff was great. I was really impressed how they let us sit there for hours after we were done - not once did I feel pressured to leave. Will definitely go back.

This location has consistently amazing service and food. The burgers always taste the same and are delicious. Most recently we went during a power outage and it was absolutely packed with limited staff, our server was calm and the service was still fantastic. It was slower than usual understandably but everyone was doing their best and remained calm and kind. There were a few customers giving the servers a hard time which was quite rude and unfortunate for the servers to deal with but both gentlemen handled it with class and respect. I would definitely go back here time and again! The place is clean and everything is always delightful

3 months since last visit. Initially fantastic over many months. Tonight we sit after long day, 2 cold drinks and then an empty glass and a long, long wait. I call the restraunt number and order a drink to the table from a different server. It is brought and I offer to appoligse for calling in my drink order, only to be interrupted by a short but awkwardly quick lecture on how I may have rubbed someone the wrong way and that they were made to feel like a servant. Here is how things function out. We come to you. We go out to spend money so we may be served in a conscientious and happy Quick manner, like at home but without dishes. Your food is excellent, like comforting home cooking. There is nothing there much different from home. Other than the aspect of being served other than being the server. That is what going out is all about. If I would like to be lectured on you being made feeling like a servant, than my money from our family to your employers establishment have been sadly misdirected. So, we will come back once more. In a slow evening, we should not have to wait 15+ minutes to see our server. Your future interaction at our next visit will dictate the next review. If you were offended by having me call in to order a drink, then don't let the glasses stay dry. I mention no names or descriptions. I paid my bill and still gave you an 18% tip. Do not lecture the patron. Check the time frame lapse on your cameras. Just make me not feel as though "I", your employers customer, need not be scolded. Pretty clear?? We wait, we call for service. Easy to understand, no?😶

Great quality burgers and friendly staff. Love the selection of local craft beers. A little pricey though
