Harvey's

We went to this Harvey's location late October 2017. Group of 4, and service was very fast, yet all of the burgers were lukewarm at best. I contacted Harvey's customer service and they stated the store manager would get back to me within 48 hours. I called a week later and advised I got no return call. The rep stated my complaint was closed but could tell no one had called. I was provided a complaint number of '254305' and advised the complaint would be reopened and to expect a call from the manager within 48 hours. 2 weeks later yet no call. I called again and was advised a regional manager would call me within 24 hours as the store manager wasn't dealing with the complaint. Again no call from anyone. I called on a 4th occasion and the rep told me he was calling the regional manager on his personal cell phone and he would call me asap. I've gotten no return calls or response to my complaint period. Why have a customer service line if no one is going to follow up with the complaints.

Flies everywhere including washrooms. Place is filthy. Washrooms are a disaster. Will never go back. Recommend not going to this place. Definitely not up to Swiss Chalet Harvey's franchise standards. The worst one I've ever been in. Definitely lacking good management overview. So many flies I thought the food might be a problem but had 1/4 chicken dinner and it was ok. No reprocussions. No baked potato option just fries. If you are starving do takeout only otherwise drive north to Barrie south end.

Horrible customer service and greedy managers. I ordered what was labeled as a meal and asked if it included a drink. The cashier said yes, so I paid. After waiting for 10 minutes, my order came without the drink. All another cashier did after figuring out what happened was grin at me (did she expect me to just grin back?) and say, "oh, but we don't include drinks with that", and disregarding the claim a previous cashier made. The manager even had the gall to gesture for me to pay for the drink if I wanted one. Absolutely disgusting.

Food was great but the bathrooms were a disaster! Water all over the floors and sticky to boot. Hope that was a temporary problem because it really was gross.
