New Number One

I ordered General T. Chicken & pork fried rice. I come from down state NY, closer to the city and let me tell you! Me and my friend just ordered from them and the portions are nice and big. I will say it's a little more expensivewhy i gave 4 stars than the chino spots in the city, but you def get what you pay for. Update- and it's GOOD!

These guys have went above and beyond for delivery with us time and again. They're efficient, they make amazing food at great prices, and they're courteous as all get out. Since finding New Number One, I have not went to any other Chinese place because in comparison, the others are just not it. They check all my boxes when it comes to the food quality, swiftness of service, food quantity and price over all. To put it into perspective, I get about 5 large servings of food for about 50-60 bucks! Top that off with the fact the food is chefs kiss delicious, I know I don't have to worry about my orders from here. I hope you who's looking at the reviews feel the same because these guys make take out night great!

I love these guys so much! I order from them at least every other week. I like to judge a Chinese restaurant by their steamed dumplings and to me, these ones taste like dim sum! I'm really happy that their chili oil is for sale and that's it's so roasted and not burn-your-face-off spicy it's like Frank's red hot: I put that s*** on everything! Very well done, my friends, please keep it going!!!

Most of the food is pretty good ... But the beef for beef and broccoli was mushy and gross. ... My guess is they use very low quality cut of beef and bathe it in tenderizer.

Best effing chinese food north of NYC. I grew up eating Chinese food in the city. I have tried many places in Rochester and no one is nearly as good or consistent as this place. Quality and quantity every time. Very fast too.

just tried to order and they told me that i need a $25 minimum and i NEEDED to tip the driver a 10% tip. and when i asked why it was mandatory to tip she wouldn’t give me a reason, she insisted gave me an attitude and told me to just order on uber eats instead. i didn’t reallly want to order from them i just wanted chinese food. don’t order from them, they’re disgusting people and don’t deserve the business.

It's one of the better Chinese food places in Rochester. I've ordered from here about 4 times and never had any problems. The fried chicken is REALLY GOOD!!!!! I'll order more next time for sure. The hot and sour soup was great also. The lo mein was okay....

I moved to rochester from Syracuse from employment and was on a journey to find a decent Chinese restaurant, when I discovered New Number One. They more times than others are consistent with quality and taste, sometimes very few, they miss but best place I ate at since moving here. Vegetarian options: I have stopped eating meat so I get the broccoli in garlic sauce, it's A1.

We have been customers of New Number One for many years now, and their food has been consistently good, fresh, and delivered promptly and hot. They have never failed us.

Very healthy food, no grease, very fast atention,and thepeople have so nice energy!! Features: I glad everyone no use...massos the said the dogs!! Freedom....no more!
