I have been to other Hu Hot restaurants and this one is the best. The staff is AWESOME! It was great to hear the grill warriors communicating and having a great time putting on a show for the customers. The selection of items on the buffet was excellent. The staff worked very hard to keep the buffet clean and neat. I was impressed how fast they could get people through the line.
Removed the garlic chili sauce from the selection of toppings at the end of the line, pretty disappointed as it was what made my favorites so good. Also noticed what appears to be mold on the wall by the grill? Gross Edit: changed from 2 star to 1 due to the response See their response below where they say they don't see the mold... The attached photos show it, and are from the original review. I'm not an expert, but that sure appears to be water damage and mold to me
We went to Hu hot as we wanted to try out the Mangolian cuisine and it’s was great experience! We can choose our noodles, meat, veggies and sauces. The only thing which I didn’t like is they cook all kind of meat together in same grill so if you have special diet or you don’t eat specific thing then you might have to reconsider. We don’t eat red meat but it was cooked together in same grill and chef using same tools to flip stuff for our food and others.
All you can eat Mongolian Grill. My husband and I enjoyed our visit here. Took us a bit to get the hang on how to create a good dish but it was delicious! The tables were slightly sticky. The waiter was prompt to fill our waters and help answer any questions we had.
When I went to HuHot in MN. I really enjoyed the hibachi on this big grill all you can eat.. this was my main go to place. 3 times a wk.. very good serv.. I didn't worry about the price cause the serv and food was soooo.. good.. must visit on of there locations.Food: 4/5
I happened to come here today, on a very busy Saturday... Great service - despite the crowd. Sufficient staffing and employees who check on the levels of the food regularly are what made the experience here on this busy day. I'm also very thankful that Huhot here is doing well, since my location closest to home shut down within the last few months. At least *this* location is likely to be here for quite a while longer.
Came here with my mom after she raved about it the first time at a different location. She left last night even more disappointed than I was. It takes a lot for us to be upset at a dining place. We didn't mind that shrimp wasn't available that day or even that one of our starter fresh empty bowls had old crusted food stuck on it we asked for clean ones. It just kept getting worse and worse. Our waiter seemed courteous...to all the *other* tables around us. He seemed to be refilling their soda drinks and asking if they needed anything quite frequently. We didn't even get a bowl of white rice included in our meal until we asked for it, and mom didn't even get offered a refill on her soda once. We kept thinking, "Is he mad at us?" or "Did we do something wrong?" Perhaps it was because we requested clean bowls at the beginning. Regardless, my Indian mom loves all the flavors of this place, and I thought the grillmasters were awesome! The only bad taste left in our mouths was the service. As we watched our waiter politely hand over the bill to the two young women next to us and overheard him say, "No rush, take your time and finish your drinks!" we got our bill tossed to us. It's just a very sad feeling to get treated this way. If our waiter was having a bad day, I hope he feels better. But, we will probably go to a different location next time.

They don't do a whole lot to serve you since it's a buffet style but I've never had any real issues. The buffet is usually well kept and the food is always great no matter how badly you think you messed up.Food: 5/5
Very very small and crowded. They only have one grill. Very small limited option of meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces. The waiter was quite rude. This place is very very overpriced. It was $80 for 4 "adults", not to mention that one of them was a teenage girl who didn't even barely eat. Everything was an extra upcharge. The drinks were very gross and watered down. I had a raspberry tea no ice, there was still no flavor in it. Switched drink flavors a few times and everything is this way. With the very light flavor of what you got as a drink. It was like they were adding water to all of them to save money. The line was ridiculously long for the grill and they lost track of whose food was whose quite frequently. The tall blonde gal that made my food was also making food for other people. I watched her crack open eggs and drop the shell into the person's food. And then she moved on to my dish which was the next one. Not cleaning utensils between dishes. I ended up with egg which I'm allergic to in my dish. Along with eggshell, large chunks of it. As well as ham and cheese which I didn't do either of those because I'm also lactose intolerant and vegetarian. I pointed these facts out to the waiter and he just brushed it off and walked away. No apologies. No discounts. No coupons. Nothing. In fact his attitude got even worse from there on. He wouldn't even come over to the table to refill our drinks. I suggest boycotting this business. It's not worth it. Vegetarian options: Needs a larger option. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Parking: Very very limited parking near the locations entrance. This is not a disabled friendly parking lot. The first row of parking is mainly "pick up" parking. They need a much better system with out all the traffic between the parking and the door. Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat friendly for the parking lot and entrance. Not friendly in the restaurant or the bathrooms at all. Dietary restrictions: Not very friendly for any type of special diet or food allergies. This location has the shell fish and the meats side by side. Cross contamination is a serious concern here for my husband with shell fish allergy. As well as the grill is not cleaned very well between food being cooked on it.
