Very good food! Very good prices! 7 people with cocktails, under $200 with tip and no one left hungry! Crispy Peking Chicken! Fried wonton appetizer!

The food was so good and inexpensive. Had a soup an appetizer 2 meals and tea under $25 it was for lunch!! Am definitely going back!!!!

Living in NYC for over 20 years and being exposed to some of the best Chinese food, nothing compares to Chen Garden. I recently conducted my own comparison to the same two dishes up against others here in Rochester, NY and Chen was far superior in taste, quality and the extras! Even the white rice was tastier!

Don’t know what happened, the food hasn’t been good or fresh since COVID hit. Their cost savings measures are having a detrimental effect on their food quality. The food now looks and tastes like leftover takeout from two days before it’s served.

Although the waiter wasn't the friendliest, the food more than made up for that. Amazing! The woman who packed our leftovers was super sweet too.

Typically enjoyed great food here for takeout or dine-in. This time was no different. Prices seemed higher than I remember. Reserving 1-star for monitoring their growth over time.

Great food! Entrees you don't typically find in other restaurants - fresh and homemade.
