I will give a 5 star rating only because the end product was  a set of well balanced tires installed on my car. I had a lot of challenges getting to this point but I did ask for a lot during a really busy time (right in the peak of winter tire season)  so I don't think its fair to judge the business at a period of high stress. Despite this, they did come through for me and their tire prices were cheaper than any of the competition (including a very well known shop in Mississauga). Having said this, this shop is now my top place for tires and the first place I will go for my next set. Oh and one other thing, the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating.

Found this place according to the Google review and first time here today. Very effective team! People are very friendly and try to help you with your car.  The reception ladies both are very helpful and trying to helping me on questions especially as the first time customer, Jeremy has very good business sense and impressive attitude with customer, Jason the technician is very honest and would like to explain to you in details for all the questions you had. Nice team! Will come back for sure!
ps: the detail makes the difference, checking their washroom and it was very clean. Keep the good work!

Best in Oakville! Very honest and accommodating. Service is quick too! Was only there for 10 minutes to get my winter tires mounted and balanced even though it was during the peak of winter tire switch season. Other places asked me to wait to weeks but they managed to squeeze me in right away. Thank you!

Last year was the last time I had service here and I was always happy with everything until now when things changed (at least for me).
Firstly when a mechanic can’t find the wheel nut in the trunk only because the manufacturer made a “hidden” trap (just to trick mechanics) makes you wonder if they really tried to find it or they’re not up for the task.
Secondly, when you find a plastic jar of coolant fluid left on your front leather seat (that was previously opened and used) it makes you, again, wonder if they really care about your car.

Bottom line is that I thought I had found a car shop that cares about their customers and more importantly about their cars but this last experience changed that thought.
