I just had my first IPL treatment facial with a new aesthetician Isabella. She was wonderful. I felt like she really asked good questions and was trying to be sure that my needs were addressed. I'll have to wait a bit to see if I'm pleased with my results (peeling, etc.), but I felt great during the treatment and Isabella is great!

Yes, this is a good way to spend $320+ to still have hair where you didn't want the hair. They have one very nice staff member. But after six months and six treatments, and no results, they start using phrases like "touch up treatments" and it's jenky as heck. If you don't see results, it's your fault and your responsibility to pay for more, essentially.

I had both the photofacial and facial needling done. I had zero reaction whatsoever. Complete waste of over 300.00.

I can't say enough great things about New Image! Let's start with the most important: it works! I wanted to get some hair removed from the back of my neck. After a few treatments, it was gone. I was so thrilled I had them do my beard so I didn't have to shave as often. I'm not a guy who goes in for this kind of stuff, but I was blown away at how effective this is. Then there's the staff. Renae (the technician) is great. She's a fountain of knowledge, she's extremely professional, and she's really nice. She knows the equipment, she answers any question you have, and she puts you at ease from the moment you check in. The facility itself is beautiful. Great artwork, comfortable furniture. The whole place looks and feels like a high-end spa. As for the hair removal process itself, the amount of discomfort is hardly worth mentioning. There's a half-second of twinge when the machine is used and it's over. By the time I'm back at my car, I can't feel a shred of discomfort at all. Plus, knowing that the hair will be gone makes the few minutes with the machine totally worth it! I know there have been some bad stories about not-so-scrupulous laser hair removal places here in the area. There's no sales and no one trying to get you to buy packages of services you don't need. New Image is extremely well run, very professional, and a real treat for yourself. If you're considering hair removal or facial services, this is the place to go. You'll love it!

I have been a customer of New Image since they opened and have been very happy with the results. The hair removal has been very successful with almost 100% reduction. I just recently treated myself to a 1 hour custom facial and the results have been much better than I expected. My skin is so clear and void of any dark spots. The staff and management are over the top. I would say, I am hooked and I would recommend New Image to anyone, of any age.
