This was my first visit to Avenue Hair Salon. I had a great experience. Gil was very professional from the moment I walked in. He asked me what I wanted, he actually listened to me and gave me suggestions on what would work best for my hair type and gave me a great cut. He did not try to pressure me into any services I didn't need or ask for, which is refreshing. I have found my new stylist! When everyone asks where you got your hair done, you know its the right look for you! Thanks, Gil!

This is a great salon! I am always greeted with a smile and the atmosphere relaxing. I have loved ever haircut whether i have asked for something specific or asked them to give me something new and fun. I highly recommend them!

Nightmare! Left with a skunk stripe down the top of my head. Apparently, they "specialize" in this look. Cost more to color correct than it was worth. If you value your hair - stay away from this place. Either the owner just doesn't know how to color hair, or she does it on purpose, either way, just too big of a risk.

(Mildly long story ahead, it deserves it) This salon actually hit close to home for me. I at one time had naturally curly hair as a kid, I loved it. But this is where it takes a turn for the worst. I went in for a normal hair trim.. & the hairstylist literally cut off my curls.. Before my parents could stop it, it was too late my curls were gone. Hopeful, my parents thought my curls would just come when my hair grew. Wrong, my curls never came back & my hair hasn't held a curl since. Devastated, I gave up & just embraced my straight hair. But my luck changed when I found Avenue Hair Salon. They are very caring & professional. I then expressed my dreams about having my curls back, also explained my situation. They have a free no obligation consultation before a appointment. So we bounced ideas off one another & found what look best for my features. I asked a lot of questions, & she answered them all. She's real easy to talk too! Which is a good thing because perms take a while. She gave me advice on how to take care of & how to manage my curls. She gave me a great recommendation for shampoo & conditioner to help my hair be healthy again. Goldwell Dual Senses, works great & smells great! Thank you Avenue for making my curly dreams come true! I bet if you go there you'll see exactly what I mean. You won't need to try anymore salons after them. Second to none. #Happy&SatisfiedCustomerForLife

I Love Zoraida and Gil - They do an amazing job being involved in our community, not to mention I feel like a Million bucks and years younger when I leave Zoraida's magical hands. Years of experience and talent at this locally owned business. Please support local and you won't be disappointed with this beautiful salon!
