Great Clips

Waiting in line for almost a hour only 2 people working so it was understandable. As I was next in line the workers let a family of 4 cut in front cause they had a old online check in. Learn some customer service. Not coming back here again

Me and my dad came today to get haircuts. They did an absolutely amazing job! Glenn cut my dad's hair and he absolutely loved it. I went in to get a shoulder length haircut and Jodi knew exactly how to give me the cut I wanted. She knew what she was doing and explained what she was doing, and why through out the process. She also gave me tips on how to take care of the blonde in my hair. Definitely coming back!

If there's ever a reason for me to come back, it better be a good one. Tuan, the "stylist" was very inconsiderate and not friendly at all. As soon as I walked in, him and the two other stylist that were there weren't even friendly enough to say welcome in or say a sweet hello. Customer service is an important factor through it all, especially if you're representing a company, yourself, and your skills. Personally, I have tangled long hair which is the reason I stopped to get a quick trim. Tuan was so inconsiderate and combed through my hair so hard my scalp continued to hurt even after leaving the place. He didn't say a word throughout my whole cut, only asking what I wanted and saying bye. Don't stop here if you appreciate customer service, thought and effort towards your haircut.

A couple of the ladies there are nice and look like they do a good job, but the man I had (Tuan) butchered my hair. I asked for a TRIM, but instead ended up with four inches off! I also had layers added to my hair (which I did NOT want - I've been trying to grow my hair out) on the right side and they were an inch higher than the rest of my hair. Absolutely horrible haircut. I ended up going to a salon to fix my hair and now its shoulder length. Ridiculous.
