Very smokey from oversized campfires, ongoing fireworks, loud music and parties that go on all night . This is not a place for you if you want some sleep on the weekend. Intoxicated people stumbling through other peoples campsites. Police are there frequently on weekends. Golf carts speeding through driven by drunks at night with no regard for the safety of others. Owners are nice but they have lost control of the place.

Amazing people place beautiful friendly and opened love the place go there for five even six time every summer love the place.
