The General Tso Chicken is always tasty, tangy, and spicy enough to clear the sinuses! Basic place that does mostly take out, but has seven tables in the place. Lunch special included fried rice, an egg roll, and enough food for two meals. $10 lunch special was a deal.

Today I ordered the Orange Beef. The sauce is INCREDIBLE. Very nice reduction. I also ordered the teriyaki beef strips, a new favorite! Very tender. The crab rangoon is the best of any restaurant I've had. Pro tip: put hot mustard into their orange sweet and sour in the cups and use it for dipping. The Hot & Sour soup is also another favorite. Great restaurant!!!

I'm new to the area I've been on a hunt for a good spot. I've tried them twice first time fried rice was burnt. 2nd time called in the order mention about burning the rice pick up order and the rice was still burnt after bringing the issue to their attention. They have been better than any other restaurant in the area but I will have to keep searching when sometime my only order is fried rice.

I ordered Mongolian beef. There were ample portions of beef and ot was very tasty. The lomein and fried rice were good as well. Loved the wonton soup!! I also received a free order of orange chicken which was delicious!! It was my first time here. Definitely not my last time. I recommend this place. Reasonable prices too!!

This place sucks!! Delivery is a freaking joke. The ignorant driver had the nerve to Say "two bags of food is too much food". Are you kidding me. Prices are outrageous and the isn't worth it! Hate it.. Run do not eat hereFood: 1/5

This has been my most favored chinese restaurant since I've been in the fox valley area. Great food, spectacular service. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the food is simply delicious.

If you live in Aurora, IL do NOT get food from New China Hut at 3015 E New York. I opened my Sweet and Sour chicken and had a nice little visitor floating in the sauce. I contacted the restaurant and they refused to refund me. I have been a customer there for 20 years. After putting me on hold rudely just dropping the phone on the counter, having conversations with the female employee who repeatedly said “no” over and over; he then argued with me and wanted to come and pick up the sauce…which is fine…but then told me that he is only going to give me a discount on a future order. I protested and told him he’s treating me like I’m running a scam and I have been a customer for 20 years with no issues ever. I asked him was my $38 order worth losing a 20 year customer over, because I will never order from them again based on his response. I worked in the restaurant industry for years, these things happen and aren’t overtly a reflection of the cleanliness of the restaurant overall. I was willing to give them a chance if they properly addressed this. His exact words were “don’t worry about it, our business is good. We don’t need your money.”…which is ironic because the pending charge is now $52 on a $38 order…and they shorted me egg rolls. Share this post and don’t eat out of this disgusting restaurant.

Used to enjoy this place but in the past two years, quality has gone way down. Also, lunch and dinner specials used to be 5.85 and 9.35. I understand inflation but their lunch specials are now $9+ for lunch and $14+ for dinner. Like another reviewer said, small portions for big money. Your money would be better spent on a hibachi restaurant. I paid $40 for a two person dinner and drinks

This was my1st time at New China Hut. I placed my order and the owner told me to sit down. He gave me my food to taste and it was delicious. He gave me the option to taste the food and to give my opinion. 1st impressions along with good food wins me over every time. I thought $8.10 for a small shrimp fried rice was a little steep but I like the service

Ordered take out food was good but no utensils or napkins at all and I needed them since I wasn't eating at home. Also they asked me what kind of rice I wanted I said fried rice with chicken but they gave me white. To be fair I went 30min before closing but still 2 negative things knocks it down 2 stars.
