New Cavalier Inn

Not worth it unless it’s an emergency overnight stay. There’s only one receptionist looking after all issues. I’m currently in the hotel staying just overnight before i continue my journey to Ontario. Room Smells horrible, the receptionist showed me another room which smelled even worse. Feels like u r stating in some slum area. Not worth more than 45 CAD that too if there r no options available.

I've only came here for lounge area and the service is great. Lots of slot machines to choose from and the there are a variety of adult beverages to pick. The vendor is good. Lots to choose from in there as well.Rooms: 4/5

I only go to Play slots which is good for because there Are A lot of machines. and I like that there's a person going around cleaning each machine. After each use and anything that the atmosphere is comfortableService: 3/5

Is an older building. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. 115.00 seemed a little much but is a double bed room. Front desk lady was courteous and helpful.

Do you expect a cheap room and spend a night? This place should be closed, and the city of Winnipeg should pay attention to this because a dirty pillow can hide bed bugs because they have never been washed, and the spread of various bacteria is a breeding ground for them. If you don't want to sleep in a stuffy room where the waft of cigarette smoke causes tears and all the time bacteria accumulate inside you, don't even dare to choose this hotel. I do not recommend and warn, we chose the night in the car and not in this hotel! Be careful!

Absolutely very bad! The quality of the building very very old! Everything you have inside the room is Absolutely old! Furniture broken and old, There was lots of homeless I guess standing right next to the entrance of the motel, I woke up at 2am to visit the washroom there was so much noise people parting or whatever! I had bad experience in top of that they asked for 100$ which I don't even give it a 40$ a night!

Don't recommend staying here unless you have nowhere else to go. TV remote was missing...had to ask the front desk. Toilet tissue was horribly cheap. Bathroom towels were doubtful, so were the bed sheets. I was scared to touch carpet with bare feet. Thankfully, I had my flip-flops. Everything about this Inn was bad, except it location.

One of the worst place to live , Do not even dare to go . What you guys see in the pictures its totally opposite , however the staff there is pretty nice and helpful , i forgot my pet bag in the room , PREET helped me to sent the bag at the airport through the cab . What's the point of charging a damage deposit if the room already has damaged furniture? I stayed here for 10 minutes before getting a refund. The front desk said that the room was just cleaned, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Blood stains on the carpet, all kinds of stains on the bed sheets. Yikes!

Very poorly kept hotel. It’s cheap for a reason. The hallways have a different odour every few hours but it mostly smells of urine. Tv didn’t work, many lights didn’t work, heat register had been smashed, thermostat was broken off, walls were chipping away and stained, carpets were very dirty and after a few minutes of walking on the carpet, my white socks were black, and bedsheets were stained and in poor shape. I was seriously worried I would contract a disease in here. Lots of sketchy people hanging around. I am not usually concerned but my spidey senses were going off that I should not be here, but unfortunately had no choice. I was also super concerned about my car getting broken into, so I completely cleaned everything out of it including sheets of paper and plastic shopping bags so there was nothing in sight. Especially since there were glass shards on the parking lot. Everything turned out fine, but this is not a pretty joint to be in. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to.
