This location has a great selection of fixed and free weights, a metabolic training zone, huge selection of cardio machines all maintained and regularly cleaned. The locker room is nice and there is a dry saune and nice showers. There is a large room in back for group classes I never participated so no comment. Staff is bilingual but there is definitely better Energy cardio's for English speakers who want a social scene or more approachable staff who can talk casually in english the NDG location is so far the best in English staff and crowed to my knowledge. My complaints about this specific location is that the hours are limited. 10pm closing weekdays, 5pm weekends. Also it's not as freindly a crowd and people train moderatly hard here, if your new to fitness you may find this scene a bit intimidating.
Avoid ! Took 2 weeks for an appointment, phone calls back and forth, was told that we can try for free! Once we arrived with my GF, we thought we would be expected, no one was, the girl at the desk was super rude. She was like oh we can't let you try the gym if you don't pay. Repeated it 10 times ! 0 professionalism Went on YMCA on Parc, it's much better and people are friendly and professional and it's cheaper !
A bit small and oddly located amongst offices on the 6th floor. It's great when quieter during lunchtimes, I've found it to be quite busy in evenings, I think due to its smaller size it feels busy. Machines are as you'd expect and for me the changing rooms could do with a makeover.
Quite spacious, with a good view looking at the mountain. I have not been often, but it is not too rushed. The building is right opposite a metro station, and convenient. There is a bixi station right outside. Friendly staff, good classes, clean washrooms.
Nice location but their weekend hours are lousy. Wish they would open a little later. They should consider purchasing a few exercise balls. Lots of threadmills that is a MAJOR PLUS!
Asked them for a service which they confirmed they would provide, the gym ended up not doing anything about it and on top of that charged me fees for that non existant service. Bad experience, not returning again.
terrible, awfull service. They continued to charge me, even, after I declined to continue using their program and had joined another, more apt, gym. I am suing these incompetent people.
Love the staff at this location. It seems to be the only locations where all the staff remembers their custumers names. They also say hi and bye every single time you are in and out. AMAZING LOVE THEM !
I love it, staff is most of the time nice and helpful, facilitie is large, well equiped, not too crowded, good location except for parking, it can be far away.
A nice gym. A little bit expensive but the equipment is in good condition and the staff is really nice.
