I tried Idolem in Vaudreuil so I was familiar already. I want to give 5 stars but it was overcrowded and I want evening classes Saturdays. I’m cool with all the classes being in French it’s all good. But just the lady at the front once I spoke English she was very nervous so I felt awkward.  also I’m pretty sure she either didn’t tell me where the room is or she spoke way to fast in French. But yes there is only 1 yoga room ok still I didn’t know where it was.nOu est la salle de yoga? Then the whole thing here where all French yoga classes seem to require blocks makes me tired. Let people take a block if and when they need it.nnOk other than that let’s just do some yoga and I don’t care what language you speak. It’s not Sanskrit probably

This is my second week attending this studio and I like it so far. The temperature is around 37-38 degrees and that's perfect. Overall I am satisfied with the classes, they are beginner friendly and challenging at the same time. The classes offer the perfect mix between a good workout and relaxation. The premises are gorgeous and clean. They even sell shakes and drinks. I am giving only 4/5 because all the classes are mostly in French and the prices are steep; 23$ for a class.

It's a nice place & the staff is helpful & nice but the hot yoga room is too hot for me I can't breathe but some other people might like it that hot

I absolutely love this yoga centre! Been doing hot yoga for many years now in many different places in Montreal and Brossard and i have to admit that this is my absolute favourite place!!! The teachers are amazing and the atmosphere is simply ideal and relaxing! As if this was not enough, the staff is always so nice and helpful! Thank you so much for making my yoga experience even more better every time i go :
