I have had many positive experiences there. There was only 1 or 2 tellers where it was ok, but the majority of them go out of their way to help! From the time we had to shop for our car (we did end up getting our loan there and we were in a time crunch at the time) to when we had to get a mortgage for our home (we didn't end up there, but we were educated ). Recently I lost my wallet and the people were exceptionally helpful, looking at the cameras, suggesting what else I should do. Banking with them is great because you are working with people who really care.

I don't like that 9 times out of 10 the ladies that are usually sitting at the front desk don't greet you or say have a good day when you're leaving. You can say hi, I know you have peripheral vision. It's the little things. I have other bank accounts so I know when I walk in, there is going to be a lady at the front desk who won't greet me.

Always take care of me whether it's on the phone or in person. From money to faxes to notary's. Been with them since 1989.

Have been a member for over 20 years and would recommend them to anyone that is eligible! Always get great service whether I call or visit a branch. Have had numerous car loans, personal loans and mortgages through Navy FCU and the application process is painless! Love the BUXX card that they offer for your kids to use.
