I have been a faithful customer to First National since 2003, and this particular branch since 2006. The past few years the service has gotten so terrible. Tellers do not acknowledge customers whatsoever, and half the time neither do the bankers. I waited for over 10min to get into my safe deposit box, while I watched two personal bankers with NO ONE in their office just sit there. One even walked past me, and still NOTHING. Needless to say, I am never going back to this branch again!!
