Essentially its a great place to be for doing course/training, accommodations and restaurants; no doubt all staffs are great, smiling, and Superb except 2 waitresses are very bad attitude and terrible; all the rest staffs are gives very exceptional customer service like paying attention to your table, friendly and have respect regardless of the color, race & religion. Director of Operation Charles, Chris/Manager, Arasu/Manager, Jill/Manager are exceptional and very friendly and helpful. But they can improve with some restaurant staffs by providing them better training.

Good service, nice place to be for a weekend or more. Spa on site.I recommend reserving in advance. Small bedrooms but nice and clean. Dining staff are happy and pleasant. The greeting from the checkin counter could be better- the employee had no smoke and was not welcoming, I would even say cold with little people skills.

Very confusing place to navigate. Used there pool for kids birthday party. Pool is nice but it smells like an old hockey bag because of the work out room beside it. Buildings are dated.

Great food I went around Christmas and it was very festive there. It is now my new favorite breakfast place. Can't wait for my next visit, there was so much to choose from I couldn't try it all.

This a a wonderful conferance space. Lots of room to have conventions or large gatherings of people. The rooms to stay in have comfy beds which are nice to sleep on. I was very impressed with the bathroom cleanliness. The tub is deep and clean and the water gets hot fast. The food is tasty, we had 5 meals here and they were all yummy, had flavor and if you needed something the staff was there to assist. The only issue is the double occupancy room has a semi wall which may aswell just have been a wall. You almost have the privacy of not sharing a room. Would recommend using this conferance space!
