Very clean, well maintained professional gym. Great options in terms of personal trainers, therapeutic massage and nutrtionist. I'm 57 years old and require close attention if i'm to meet objectives efficiently and without injuring myself. Charles André (personal trainer) is very knowledgeable, methodical and invested in helping me meet my goals. Highly recommended

I've been going there for over 2 years now and the staff is great, friendly and polite, the locker room is always clean, and it's pretty much douchebag-free (pretty rare around here). The coaches are qualified and motivating :)
