30 Minute Hit

My second home! The owners are beyond great and the staff and members are just amazing! I never had the confidence to join a gym before. But this place is more than a gym. Its a community of women motivating and encouraging each other! It honestly changed my life. I have confidence and strength I never had before!

I needed a gym that I would look forward to going to, a place where I didn't have to convince myself to go and workout, I found myself bored and lacking motivation. Joining the 30 Minute Hit was the best investment in a membership I ever made. Not only do I look forward to my workout, I become upset if I have to miss it!!! The Hit team are amazing and it is a positive atmosphere! Don't waste another day wondering if you should try it...go for it!

I love 30 minute hit so much, and usually me and working out don't go well together lol. To be honest before I started I thought it was going to be majority older people and not my age group(17), but I realized quickly that it's really for all ages and sizes. The trainers are literally awesome; they help you when they see you need it, encourage you when you feel like slacking off and they're super supportive. The energy and vibes are so positive and fun that when you're having a bad day and you walk in it feels nice, and it feels even better when u start hitting! The other day I got really discouraged and one of the trainers today pointed out my strengths after my workout which boosted my confidence. I totally recommend this gym-It's like a big family, and it works!!!

I love that this gym is for women only. The team of trainers and owners always welcome you with a smile and push you and motivate you in the nicest way. You see results shortly after starting the circuit. I strongly recommend this gym.

30 minute hit is an amazing place that absolutely changed me. It helped me get in shape and gave me more confidence in myself. It's not just a gym it's a family. If you haven't tried it yet go and give it a try!!!
