I really loved the modern, clean, friendly atmosphere. I got the gel mani done and I had a little bit of a wait, even with booking an appointment (on a Saturday afternoon), which was fine - I always take a while to choose a colour anyway! Of note, the sample key chains were beautifully organized and colour-coordinated, so it made it easy to find what I was looking for! The mani took longer than usual (about an hour), but they really took care of you. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are offered and there is a super cute selection of mini-bottles of wine or beer (I didn't order or check the prices, though). The manicurist was super chatty and friendly, which was a lot of fun. The manicure itself wasn't the best I've gotten. Some of the layers look cracked or you can see where one layer stops before the end of the nail. On one of my nails, the top coat was hanging over my cuticle and I had to file it down, but it ended up leaving a chipped portion on the side of my nail that I'm expecting to crack open sooner than it should. She also cut into one of my cuticles pretty badly. It wasn't bleeding, but stung when it came into contact with something and is still pretty tender. Overall, I would definitely recommend here for the experience, not if you're looking for an in-and-out touch up. It's more expensive than your average salon, but it would be perfect for a special event and if you're looking for a very good pampering.

In both of my encounters, Amanda was professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. The team also welcoming and helpful.

I don't usually got to a spa (this was my first pedicure) but they were so friendly amd professional. The place was very clean and the wine was a lovely touch!
