Nature's Chain of Lakes Campground

Allow me to be one of the few that complain about this campground. To start, this campground is clean, has a beautiful lake to do a variety of activities on and spacious camp sites. Now for the complaints.... um is this a religious campground? Like you literally can't say or do anything remotely close to "bad". I feel like I'm at church trying to behave in speech and behavior. When it hits the 10pm quiet time, you better be quiet! I didn't find this campground teenager friendly. Teenagers like to screw around puns, have some bad language and God forbid you flip someone off (with no children in site) or say *gasp* H-E-L-L. I understand, we all find teenagers annoying but I've never seen such harsh treatment towards them from workers or owners of a campground until today. As long as they don't steal or destroy property, I don't care what they do.

The absolute NICEST campground we've ever stayed at!!!! Very, very, very friendly staff, a fantastically beautiful location on the large lake, with a great beach area for the kids to play at, plus a marina and boat launch. We have been back twice in the last year, and plan to keep going back, while we try out different campgrounds within an easy drive of South Lyon, MI. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I love this place, I plan on returning next year, and probably renting a lot for me and family. It goes for around $1600 per season. A steal.

Safe for kids. 5th wheel to tent camping. Well supplied, great staff.
