John the owner is cool. But neighbors dont care what you hear or when you hear it. Complained several times and apparently slamming stuff arpund upstairs, whole im trying to sleep downstairs is okay. People outside drinking and smoking [god knows what]. Just a terrible place to live.

Basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. Refrigerator with separate door freezer.

The manager is a really nice guy, but the rooms are not up to date at all. Like honestly i have stayed at 2 star hotels with a better tv and it even had a microwave unlike here. Its not a place you wanna stay in more then a day or two if you must. The wifi is good when you are the only guest using it. If there is any one on it youll have trouble consistently if any at all.

John and Corina were awesome while we stayed there Ms. Allen was my neighbors mom, She did have to move but she did not take her dogs out they used the potty in the room. My neighbor had to clean her carpet several times they also provide you with bedding that is a lie Ms. Allen drove by one day telling John to F himself yelling at the time of her lungs. John will give the shirt off his back he will work with anyone as long as you show that you are willing to meet him halfway. one thing I enjoyed was he opened his door to anyone and fed them when they had nothing. I was invited to dinner several times. I miss living here and would love to visit sometime. it really upsets me that people like Ms. Allen lie and make him look bad. Yes others had pets (my fiance) He also Has PTSD and she is his companion dog he has paperwork for her. and we took her out she never had an accident while we stayed there.

I was made to leave because I had dog's. There were several other that was made to leave that had dog's and we were all made homeless because we were made to leave. He is now renting to people who have dog's. How is that fair? You have to clean your own room as they won't do it. You also have to provide your own bedding plus your own towels. The manager is very rude at times. I will be telling everyone about this. I am also thinking about getting a lawyer to sue them for discrimination.
