This place far more interesting than I thought it would be. We are interested in history. My teenage son particularly is into military history, arms, and engineering. We stumbled upon this site by accident one afternoon and spent about 90 minutes here learning about the history of the arms industry in western MA. This site was a major center for the manufacturing of military arms from 1777 until 1968. They had weapons on display from all time periods and across the globe. Very good exhibits, well displayed, clean and with smart and helpful staff. We will go again.
