I want to thank Evelyn for always being so kind and thorough when we come to West Springfield for an emergency appointment. Brought my girls there today for an ear check, and she was beyond wonderful to us and we are not an easy crowd. All your hard work is much appreciated.
The only thing I miss in this place is Dr. Harp, she is the best dr that helped my kids, otherwise the services is so bad. I moved to another city and we are trying to contact them to release our kids medical records for more than 3 months and they did not do it yet. The options at answering machine never let me speak with any one at the office. Any time I will call it will say the office is currently closed, so far my kids didn’t do their physicals for more than a year because of them no one in my new place accept to set a psychical appointment without their records, so thanks pahc for the bad service.
My problem is not with the doctors but the receptionists. I was looking past it until today. My sons prescription had multiple issues occur with it so I call the West Springfield office to explain just for Dawn or whatever her name is to cut me off and when she finally let me explain the issue she was unaware of she said “I don’t know what you want us to do about it.” If you don’t like your job or don’t want to help children and their well-being, then DONT. She’s very much known for her attitude and it’s just unacceptable. Im disappointed to say the least.
COVID ruined this practice. Even years after covid 19 we could not get a physical for my child. He would not be allowed to get a physical if he had any symptoms of covid. My child was sick multiple times and the doctors were dismissive. Every time we brought our child in nothing was done. My son never received his 18 month or 2 year appointments so we were forced to change places. We were also told we would have to drive to Westfield for his appointments. This placed used covid as an excuse to not see sick children . . . Or healthy ones. They just made things difficult. We are so happy with the change after two years of dealing with them. New parents I would recommend looking somewhere else. A good doctor with people that care is needed for parents and this is not that.
This is by far the best pediatrics office I have been too. Both my children see dr. Cohan and she is fantastic, she's kind, friendly, patient and really knows what she is doing.my kids have also seen a few other doc. There who were also very good. The staff is really nice never had a problem here unlike other doctors offices like ludlow pediatrics which is a horrible place to go.their staff sucks, the office manager is a f****** B****! And when I was leaving them they didn't want to give me any of my daughters personal records.like for real those are my daughter's records I have every right to them and besides other doc. offices need them when u switch anyways...it ended up taking 6-8 weeks to get them, any longer I was going to take them to court to get them. Anyways if u are looking for great doctors friendly staff and a clean doc. Office this is definitely the place to bring your child/children.
It is not possible to get through to the office, and when I call, you are rude and hang up
They were my pediatrics when I was younger, now my own child comes here. The pediatricians are great and always available to see my child right away when she's sick or having any concerns.
Dr. Wright is the best! She really takes great care of her patients! So glad to have found her at this practice.
I scheduled an appointment for my sick daughter for 10:15, got here at 10 and am not going to be seen until damn near 11. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
Excellent Drs, I grew up going here,and have alway brought my childern here. There's no place better for pediatric care!
