Horror show. The WORST customer service of all the banks and Ive done business with many of them. If you have to call their central line, you will wait hours and hours. Sometimes they never pick up. Pick another bank. Seriously.

Worst bank I have EVER dealt with. I did not choose this bank, the vehicle I financed uses this place. If you are not a Francophone,... good luck. They are stuck in the 1980's and so are their staff. Get real.
