Her willingness to assist and prioritize my needs demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Indian guy over there is so stupid does not know how to do his job, I have dealt with him more than 5 times every time he makes a mistake now I have to pay a $ 1 every time ehe I have to transfer my money between the accounts. He is so dumb that he mixed my accounts this time have me personal debit card for business, I don’t know why he is at the teller desk if he doesn’t know his job branch manager was polite and tried to cover it but still that’s ridiculous now I have to go again to deal with the nonsense he created in my account. Some times I feel he does this intentionally I don’t know why such a fool is dealing with serious banking issues, who doesn’t know how to properly issue debt card please make sure and deal with him care fully

As a new comer I am strongly not recommending scotia bank especially the one on Lincoln, Welland.nIt’s been 6 months of trying to get a credit card and I am been tossed aroundnAnd have always met the dark elderly Indian man who strikes me as a racially biased personnHave heard stories from other coloured people how he practically makes everything soooo hardnPlease choose another bank or branch

They closed there door at 5pm I work every day till really inconvenient to go to the Niagara street. Would give this location a lower score but can't
