Top notch service. Our vehicle was towed to here after if broke down after hours. The NAPA Autopro staff not only got to it quickly, but made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!, This hidden gem is a great asset to the community. It’s very close to strip malls and restaurants if you need to wait for a repair. The phone was answered promptly and professionally and we were scheduled in as soon as was possible. The quote and final cost was fair and time frame of completion was accurate. We have a brand new baby due and live in the country. I really needed my tires switched over. They got me in way sooner than everywhere else, communicated well about my tires, were very clear about the cost and time, didn't try to upsell me, and were extremely kind. Thorncliffe Auto repair has been excellent to us!  We came to use their services after we won a spring service tune up - that they had generously donated to a non profit.  When our car unexpectedly needed some repairs following a small collision, they did the work for less than we expected.  Ashley at the front desk is friendly, clear and accommodating.  Five stars!

Thorncliffe Auto is my go-to place for maintenance and repair for my car. They have given me honest, reliable service for many years. It's nice to have a small shop like this close to home in north central Calgary.

Extremely happy with the level of service diagnosing and fixing problem quickly and for a fair rate. Very friendly and helpful!! Also doing an inspection of everything I might need done with detailed explanations and quotes. Will be back to get any routine maintainance and repairs done for sure! Thanks!

I was told that it would be a bit expensive to replace the filter due to the location behind a computer system and the labour involved but they were able to get it done for less than half the price. Very gratefulService:&nbsp;Air &amp; cabin filter replacement
