My 90 year old dad replaced his hail damaged Journey with an older but very beautiful and safer Chrysler Aspen last year. And Suzanne was very patient and understanding with my old dad. With her first initial contact with us, it has brought me back to use the services at Varsity twice now. It is a very customer focused business and it shows.

I have nothing bad to say about our experience with lexi today! She was very friendly and knowledgeable, She had all paperwork pre signed by me via docusign , had license plate all ready to go, very stream lined process!! all we had to do was a few signatures and we were done! Josh Whiteley deserves all the recognition that's coming to him from Jeep Canada. I say this because I can predict he will be very successful within that company. I was looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my family of 5 and Josh wouldn't give up on me until all my needs were met. In fact, he found our family's dream vehicle within 24 hours of initial contact. He was respectful of my time and his approach was always professional towards me. I just hope that he will still be around when I purchase my next vehicle in the near future. Every car salesman needs a mentor like Josh.

Because of shortages, I was contacted by Varsity Chrysler to buy my old van. I went in with no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with Sue and Suzanne on the phone and met with Joe Cameron. He was the best! None of the typical games you get with salespeople. I told him that if he couldn’t find me a vehicle I wanted, I was leaving with my current van. He amazed me by finding exactly what I required with some extra bells and whistles. I ended up going in a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan! It has everything I wanted and things I didn't know I needed. The whole family loves it! The next best part was getting the financing squared away. We dealt with Randy Brodeur. He did everything possible to save us every penny he could, and it was fantastic to see him work. After some work, we ended up with a lower payment and interest rate. Who could say no to that! Overall, the entire experience with the staff at Varsity was terrific. They even helped entertain my children so I could talk about buying a car with peace of mind! Thanks to everyone at Varsity Chrysler!

I'm not sure about the experience of buying a vehicle at Varsity, but I'd recommend Andy N. as a service advisor. He's the best one I've worked with in terms of knowledge and speed in responding to questions and ability to discuss and explain things seems to know a lot about the vehicles being serviced. There is no belittling or sarcasm toward questions about mechanical services or processes. He has an ability to consider the perspective of the potential service purchaser and takes time to communicate and update people. There is always lots of politeness, enthusiasm, and willingness to help somebody save a buck if possible. He is also open to calmly discussing concerns if there are any. He could be a reason to buy a vehicle from there. Thanks very much, Andy.
Absolutely amazing sales and finance team!! I bought a truck there and my husband and I couldn't be happier. They were so easy and painless to deal with, they had a lot of knowledge and were extremely helpful. After chatting over the phone about the truck we were interested in, we flew in from 10 hours away. They offered to pick us up from the airport/hotel, with coffees and they also drove us around to the registries offices when we needed, and bought us a burger when we mentioned amongst ourselves that we were getting hungry. Jack salesman went above and beyond when we were worried about the truck having aftermarket exhaust work done to it and he called a friend and found us for no charge a stock exhaust system that he had dropped off while we were getting our finances done. The truck is very nice, it was a used truck and it was very clean, and everything written in the ad, was accurate upon arrival. Hitesh Finance was efficient and quick, and very personable. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Varsity Chrysler, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
