Kako Kabab

This is the best Persian kebabs ever had in recent memory. It's fresh tasty and it doesn't taste process like all the other places. I did a takeout order and everything was packaged with care. Although they do have a dine in option, it doesn't look like much of a dining room. I would highly recommend this where they you're doing up pick up order for yourself or for a large party.

I ordered the wrap combo that came with fries and a pop. I was first informed they don't have fries. Okay fine, unasked for a side salad instead and they agreed. Pay for my meal and ask for my pop and they said it doesn't come with pop. I point at the combo on their menu I JUST grabbed from the counter and they informed me that the menu is old. Okay fine, I'm already not coming back. Get to work to eat my "wrap" and it was just a flat bread with my salad and meat laying on it. Greatly disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, do yourself a favour and don’t come here. There are plenty of other kabab places I will be going to from now on. My sister and I went to pick up our order we had placed on the phone. When we had gotten there around 30-45 mins later, we had found out that it had not even been made! That we would have to wait for them to cook it. When we first got there they had not even acknowledged us, they had made us wait forever and didn’t even have our food ready! They had let us know that they had given our food away to someone else. If you give our good away you should make another right away- common sense. They mad no attempts to apologize or rectify the situation. Their “apology” bonus/extra is hard rice that had stuck to the pan. Overall, one of the worst take-out experiences I have ever had. What is the point of take out? The place was not even busy, there was maybe 3 people dining in on a Sunday around 6 p.m. It should be easy to take someone’s order and have it ready when it is not busy. No excuse for poor service. Not coming here again.

Authentic Persian Kabobs, and other Quality Dishes. Excellent and Friendly Service. The Owner and his Wife give personal Service.
