Bill is a honorable guy I had a great experience with him. Desperately needed a charger for my laptop. I'm new to town he didnt wanted me to walk alone in rain so he kindly brought the charger to my home even with this busy schedule. Thank u Bill :
This is a home business. The owner is close to 80 years old. He gets confused and forgetful. He thinks he knows what he is doing. I asked him to to diagnose a problem and he started doing something else on Chrome and refused to address the issue. After three phone calls from him on various issues I went and got my computer back. He charged me $50 to get it back. Do not use him.
The owner/ operator of this so called business is not only completely useless at his self proclaimed profession but that barely compares to his arrogant and grating personality! Avoid at all costs!
