A very nice place to taste some fresh Korean food in the neighborhood. My wife took me there and we were impressed by the simplicity, freshness, taste and service by such a small but spacious place. First of all the place itself, as they are freshly opened, the interior is new, clean and very welcoming. You can see all the stuff and kitchen from the counter, everyone is happy and friendly. As we went there for the first time, even tho the menu is pretty simple, we had a fast and helpful run-through of it by the host and made our choice in no time. Sistem is simple, make your choice, order, pay at the counter, get a beeping device to know your food is ready, take it from the counter and enjoy. As it was the middle of the day, place was not packed and we got our food very fast. Maybe it was a little bit pricey for our order, but we went for almost full menu for 2 of us. Anyway, quality and freshness was worth every penny. Highly recommended for visiting and definitely will be a returning customer. Parking: Paid street parking on Yonge street, or you can find a spot on side streets and park free for an hour.
I've been waiting for an authentic Korean restaurant in this area. All the ingredients are fresh, and the interior is cozy with super friendly staff. This will definitely become my go-to restaurant!Food: 5/5
What a great place for some authentic Korean eats! Fresh ingredients, perfect portions, and the hospitality was top-notch. Whether you're grabbing takeout in a hurry or having a cozy meal with friends and family, this spot is a winner. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!!
We went today and loved Namul: the fresh and delicious food; the modern and luminous environment loved the color choices; the friendly, helpful and caring staff; the practical way to place order and then pick it up when ready to take to the table We ordered Salmon Dupbap, Tuna Kimbap, Japchae and Bulgogi for two. All the best, Recommended dishesSalmon Dupbap, Bulgogi, Tuna Kimbap, Japchae
What a wonderful new addition to the neighbourhood! This is a small family-run restaurant that makes Korean classics completely from scratch. We tried the classic bibimbap, japchae, and tuna kimbap, and found it all to be delicious! The japchae noodles had an amazing bouncy chewiness that I haven't had at other places. I loved it. The service was incredibly friendly and the general manager took the time to check in on us and ask for feedback. One detail we appreciated: each table has hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes. What a thoughtful and considerate touch for customers! We will be back for sure!
I had a healthy lunch with my friends. It's 'Namul' food with beautiful colors. It was amazingly healthy and delicious.Food: 5/5
I got their Namul bibimbap. It was full of fresh vegetables and their house gochujang sauce was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.Food: 5/5
Picked up takeout the other day, which included a tuna kimbap, bulgogi kimbap, japchae and namul bimbimbap. This restaurant is a good meal option if you’re looking for a healthier meal with simple flavours.Food: 4/5
If you want something quick that doesn't break the bank, tastes good and feels like you are eating healthy/fresh food, then this is the place! I had the Namul Bibimbap and the Bulgogi Kimbap, both had plenty of veggies that tasted good and fresh. Also had a side of Galbi which was pretty good. The star of the meal was the Bulgogi Kimbap, loved it! And that house Gochujang sauce...sooo good! Place is clean and has a very inviting decoration. All in all, great addition to the neighborhood.
Food was fresh and delicious. We had the Namul Bibimbap with bulgogi, Salmon Dupbap, Japchae and Classic Kimbap. They have a solid selection of soft drinks. The restaurant is very clean. You place your order on the right upon entering. You are given a small device that flashes and beeps when your order is ready. Food is cooked in the open kitchen right after you place your order. You pick up your order to the left of the cash. You can sit anywhere you like. Tables are well spaced out. After you are finished, you empty your trays in the bins that are located discreetly on the right of the main entrance. The music playing was, well, K-Pop. The cashier was super friendly and patiently explained food items. We'll be back!
