Nails For You

Honestly, the customer service is awful. One of these girls laughed at me because I asked how much shellac was, and then she told me it was $10 more than it actually was. They try and rip you off and then when you tell them you don't want what they recommend, they get mad and rude. Plus very aggressive with your nails when they don't get their way. I told them my budget and they continuously try and make you feel bad for not getting what they "recommend". I'm a student on a budget. I'm not spending $60 on my nails thank you. Also not good technique, one of my nails was crooked. Would not recommend.

This place is terrible. That is all that needs to be said. Customer service is terrible. They straight love to rip people off, every timeeeeeeeee i go i get a different price for the same service done. I have to ask for a price there & then to confirm it. I get my nails pretty long & because of this they instantly jump the price to $45 for a full set; okay most would say not bad but they charge me $35-40 for a refill, so you tell me if that’s not a rip off. The last time i went, i booked an appointment & arrived there 5 minutes early & still had to wait 20 minutes. I got the guy to just fix 2 nails, he starts applying the acrylic, has it dry then leaves me to start someone else & passes me off. The lady i now get is already angry as it is so she’s pulling my hand & very aggressive with my hand. All she had to do was file my nails & buff em out but she found some way to cut me with the drill & when i pulled my hand back she grabbed it back & kept going. & let me tell you whyyyyyyyy my 2 nails we’re sooooo thick. I just left & didn’t bother paying. TERRIBLE

I've always had great service here, decent prices My shellac manicure chipped once and I was able to come in for a quick fix at no charge!

My experience there was terrible! and my nails came out a damn mess! The new guy there ( Didn't get his name but he's unfit and short) was very demanding and controlling on how HE wants the nails on YOUR hands to be done. Don't waste your time and money!!!!

The manager is very disgusting and rude. Never a pleasant hello and your appointments are never warranted. Manger yells at people and has no manger if you inquire about your appointment times. Very disappointed at the service. Will never go back here
