First Choice Haircutters

30 minute wait more like over two hours I was told to sit down then forgotten about and ignored when I told them I've been waiting for more than triple the "wait time". Terrible service it would be easier going anywhere else expect I already wasted all my time.

I have been going to Marianna over10 years I now drive 40 minutes since moving to have her do my hair The place is always clean & the wait times very reasonable considering there are no scheduled appointments

Worst customer service experience ever! When I walked in, the lady at the front desk (Asian with short bob) didn't even say hello. I thought she might be finishing up something and didn't want to interrupt so I just stood and waited. She failed to acknowledge my presence, then proceeded to ask a customer who was behind me for payment. I thought maybe I had cut the line, so I apologized and backed off. She took their payment. I stepped back at the front desk, only to be completely ignored again. Another lady (South Asian, long hair) took payment from another customer who was done AFTER I had walked in. Anyways, I let her go ahead of me as well to pay. Then there was no one to pay and I was the only one left at the front desk, but the two ladies completely ignored me AGAIN- they knew I was there but failed to acknowledge my presence. There were some people waiting for cuts so maybe they didn't have time to take me (but I had called ahead and they said it would be fine). Even if that's the case, I'd much rather have them tell me they don't have time for me than completely ignoring my presence. I understand it's First Choice and not a super fancy hair salon, but that was the most dumbfounding and horrible customer service experience ever. It was literally like I was invisible to the staff there. I walked out after just standing there for several minutes. The owner needs to have a conversation with these ladies regarding just BASIC customer service practices or hire new staff.

One of the best in town. Amazing tips on hairstyling. Mariana is the best. You can just blindly trust her, she knows what she is doing and I can tell she loves what she does. Had a amazing experience! I highly recommend this place.

Went in to get my hair cut. Didn't think twice about checking to see if the combs/equipment were properly sterilized. However none of the combs were cleaned in barbicide or tools sprayed before use. The next day I had an infection on my forhead that would eventually leave an ugly scar. Worst time of the year for this to happen. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get treatment. Thanks First Choice for screwing up my Christmas.
