Nails For You (Heart Lake Town Centre)

I went there last week to get shellac...the nail polish started chipping by Friday evening and by Sunday I was able to remove the polish very easily...i know with Shellac this should not happen so I guess it was not shellac....what a waste of money .... I will not go there again..

I love nails for you anytime I go to get my nails don’t I go there I went not to long ago to get my nails done for my birthday I asked for shellac I sat down she started to do my nails what she didn’t do was put the fake nails on cause I wanted acrylic but in shellac instead they didn’t it over my plain nails I hate cutting my nails cause I want them to grow but I cut them to get the fake nails then the told me to come back next week to do them over they didn’t have a lot of ppl so they could have done it over I would go back just not rn I’m rlly disappointed

I went to the location closes to the LCBO to get ONE nail fixed. I asked for Vivan and I was told she was not there, and to come back. I said it is only one nail so I can have anyone fix it. Jenny then procced to tell me its going to be a 15 min wait, I waited 35 mins and noone helped me there was two other people in the salon and 5 staff DOING NOTHING, I asked how much longer and she said everyone is very busy and they couldnt fix it at all. Jenny has the worst customer service I have been coming here for over 1 year and have had my nails done by many of the girls. After this situation I will NEVER return to this place and would not recommended anyone going there.

This salon needs the ministry of health in there ASAP They don't follow proper infection control at all. I was having a pedicure done and the lady nipped my food and the lady said sorry asked me to put my foot back in the water without putting any alcohol or disinfecting it at all. I had to ask to have something put on it. And this wasnt a little nip. It was from the tool that they use to remove bio gel nails or acrylic nails (handpiece) ALSO this is not suppose to be used to take off Shellac AT ALL this ruins your nails. The proper way to remove shellac to is to soak your nails in acetone NOT SHAVE YOUR GOOD NAIL AWAY. Also dont bother ever making an appointment at this so called SALON. They will never ever ever take you in on time. Whats so sad is I have been coming to this place for almost 1.5 years now. I tip good I'm on time, I'm not picky with who I see. But this place is disgusting and needs to be shut down, all they care about is MONEY. Horrible place doesnt even deserve a star. DONT GO!!!

I've been going to this place for two years and never had an issue until today..... I waited 40 minutes when they kept telling me it was only 15 minute wait they served a lady that walked in after I did and she was getting a manicure while I was getting a fill. I then began to huff and puff from being upset and was told rudely by the lady sitting closest to the door that some girls do pedicures and some manicures in which I responded with a groan. A woman who does a manicure is capable of doing a fill as well. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years I'm not stupid. Then when I was served the lady in the third chair was very rough with me and continued to kiss her teeth and speak in her language about me to all of the other girls. I know this because they all continued to stare at me. I will never go back again! Horrible service! I now know why they had so many bad reviews! Never will I recommend this place again. I hope they shut down.
