Nail Queens

I used to go to this nail salon all the time. A set of acrylic nails used to last me on average 6 weeks which is amazing for acrylics but the last time I went it wasn't even a month. I've been going there for about a year and the past 3 times I've gotten my nails done it has been so rushed and so sloppy. Not only are my nails sore after them being done (which is NOT supposed to happen and I never knew this until recent) because they grind your nails down too much (which is also why they are so thin and brittle when your acrylics finally do come off) but the gel polishes they use are just garbage and do not last. They never replace the gel polishes, so even when you put your hands under the UV to cure them, they still end up peeling up. I've noticed every time I've gotten a polish they always end up peeling but this time was the worst. Unless it's an acrylic powder the colour will never last. I got my nails done about a week and a half ago, a set of acrylics, 3 days later they were completely chipped off all around the edges. The gel polish peeling all around the edges and the top coat has wavy lines over all of my nails because it didn't last either. I went back 6 days after them being done and she repainted them for me which took a half an hour because she was swapping from other clients to me and back to them etc. She made me put on my own cuticle oil instead of her doing it (like what? I'm not the professional) and then the same day my nails chipped off again and I haven't gone back for a third time so instead I'm writing this. When I asked her while she was repainting my nails why that happened she said it was a new nail polish. A new nail polish? It was 100% old. Overall I'm just really frustrated with this experience and won't be going back. I'd recommend to find a more professional salon that actually uses safe, sanitary, fresh, and quality products.

This is the best pedicure I have EVER had! I've been to fancy spas (Harrison hotel spa, wild orange spa and European day spa) and have NEVER been as satisfied with the amount of effort my technician took to remove my calluses. Seriously CINDY, you put your back into it and I'm so thankful! I will alway come back here!!! I may have issues with walking barefoot in the summer but I think I'll survive :p.

all the women were efficient, friendly, and spoke English well. The pedicure was thorough and included paraffin. I also got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I chose the shape and colour from many options. Linh was very good, experienced, and didn't take hours. She made sure I was happy with the length, shape, and that they were straight before applying the powder. They aim to please here! Love the new management, this will be my nail place from now on.Very impressed.:)

Nail queens usually does a great job on my nails, whether a pedicure or a manicure or a full set. i just went today a couple hours ago and i was not impressed with how much they charged me, mainly because i left there with a cut on my finger and still had to pay full price. nails look good but it is not worth the throbbing finger and deep paper cut sized gash. it stings! but the thing is she also told me (after the cut was already bleeding) that the file she was using was old... then why use it at all?! she even continued using the same file on my nails that already cut me. overall well done but they need to learn how to appreciate the customer and maybe realize they made a mistake.

I felt that my pedicure was rushed and not done very well at all. The polish wasn't applied with enough coats and it looked splotchy, and it chipped on two nails the next day! My pedicures normally last weeks, my first time here and it was very disappointing. Won't be back again
