Magicuts

My friend and I were told there was room for both of us to get colour done last Saturday at 4. We arrived then sat and waited. They took her after 15 mins and forgot about me. I didn't mind because I looked around and lost confidence. Then one lady came over and insisted on doing my hair even when i said I changed my mind. I should've stuck to my gut. My friends lady told her that her hair will lighten with washes. And my girl had her child sit right behind us. Once it came time to blow dry my hair was ripped and pulled and blown against the cuticle. I was a frizzy mess. Should've stuck with Chatters considering magicuts charges the same..

Great service the stylists are friendly and always get quick service.

The stylists don't talk while cutting your hair. However, they do a fairly good job.

I've been here multiple times but I've never had such a bad experience until today. The woman that cut my hair was very unfriendly and barely talked. Maybe she was having a bad day? I do not know. Barely cut my hair, asked if I wanted a rinse, walk over to the washing station, I get some water sprayed on my head and she proceeds to start wiping my head even though I had a bunch of hair everywhere. This all happens while my room mate gets a great hair cut with talkative staff. Her name was Lacey but I've been to this location and have been coming here every two months to get my hair cut. It wasn't a great experience. I hope the next time o come here I'll get a different stylist. Thank you.

Its low on staff, the girl who cut my hair seemed nice, but i asked for a fade just as like as the picture i showed, and she gave me a small not so good fade, and the place was filthy
