I've been coming to Nuvo for years - since it was Nancy's Nails, and I still travel there because it's worth it! You can book any staff and have great work done very quickly. No fuss, clean, friendly and they listen to what you want. Prices are fair and they are up-front about extra costs. Lots of colour and design options. I mainly do acrylic refills and pedicures. Never had a complaint. Would recommend!

It was my first time to get my pedicure and manicure and honestly I'm not happy. My nails were poorly done. I'm not going back to this place again. It's not worth my money. I had my pedicure they didnt remove my callus. They only prep your nails and begin with painting. Unsatisfied.

Too expensive: shellac manicure with two colours for both hands could be $25 .. not $35 because they are just nails - no one even notices them and need another visit to remove work when fading + $15 regular pedicure, not $25 .. same reasoning .. you would be rewarded as a good business with lower prices .. even free of tax work to promote business. I had a permanent place i used to go to for years but due to covid they closed. Then I have been to many places and could never feel comfortable anywhere, the staff kept changing all the time. My mom recommended this place. She's been going to this lady whose name is Nancy for many many years. So I went. I was extremely satisfied she did excellent job !! Im very happy !! Nancy is a very nice wonderful lady she does manicures and pedicures, gel nails with nail art. She also does waxing !!! I found my forever place !!!! I most definitely recommend this salon !!! They got my loyalty and business from now on !!! Thank u Nancy !!!

Love love love this place! About $65 when I go, but I always love my nails, they know me now. They take their time and will tell me if they don't agree with the shape or colour and make a recco. I will continue to return and recommend

The service is always above standard and the technicians take the time to explain pricing and discuss what you as the client would like before starting. I contemplated leaving this review for quite some time, but ultimately decided to share my experiences to help others. Do not go here, there are so many other salons, even in this area that have better practices. I had been going here for almost two years for my pedicures, and while they were not always perfect, I appreciated the convenience. I went for a pedicure like normal to be touched up before a trip in November, during my drip I noticed the polish appeared to be lifting slightly but left it alone. When I returned and I looked at it further, FOUR of my toenails were completely separating from the bed. I went to a doctor who believes I must have contracted some sort of fungal issue from this place, which led to my nails falling off. Prioritize your health everyone, find somewhere with better sanitary practices. Update: In response to the review below, you can say that you have your nail technicians acknowledge any prior issues, I normally come in with clean nails, so there was no prior fungal issue, my nail beds had looked clean, and there were no existing cracks in my nail. I did not experience any trauma to my nail during my trip, and as I work remotely, I typically have very comfortable shoe that don't cause stress. Taking accountability for the fact that you have some technicians who are not correctly following your procedure is important. I would not leave such a review, without proof, and evidence around such a serious concern. The fact of the matter is, that I used your service, and your service alone to get my pedicures, and after using your services, had multiple nails fall off with no cause. All I want to say to anyone considering the service here, is that there are many alternatives, some are also nearby that are likely worth the shot over this place. Nancy who did my nails was super friendly and was able to save my nails from a much needed appointment. She suggested me lots of options and educated me on what would be best for my style and nails. Nails were pretty thick for my liking but style is good. Not sure if they have good nail technique.
