I was scared by the reviews to try this nail salon but I decided to try it myself and I'm glad I did. My nails turned out amazing and I love them. I'm not sure why my experience was so different compared to other posters but pls see the set I got done and make your own decision 5/5
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Went in for nail removal as i previously had gel x done ant a different place and the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. She tried to forcibly rip them off and I had to ask to soak in acetone. She did not bother to file down the gel and straight up just soaked them which didn’t work much and she proceeded to rip them all off my nails. I had some metal charms on my gel x and she was very frustrated and kept complaining about them how it’s impossible to remove and why I would even get this kind of thing done in the first place??? It was extremely painful and 2 of my fingers ended up bleeding. All my nails are very thin now and very red and it will take me a few months to grow them out.nnEDIT: staff response is a lie, none of my nails were broken when I came in for removal, it was the opposite actually. The nail tech ripped them off because it was too hard to take off!!! This salon does not know how to properly remove metal charms and gel x nails. My natural nails continue to crack and chip from being thin and this has never happened before. It will take months for my nail bed to grow back to normal size and there is a very visible indent on all my nails you can see where it was filed too much
Very disappointing. I asked for manicure as well and the tech forgot to do it until I had to tell her in the end. Not a good job for $80. I asked to get it fixed on a later date due to hectic sched and they say they will CHARGE. It is not worth sitting here for almost two hrs with this kind of service. Not coming back
I get my nails done in first week of dec and guess what they give me such a bad service. I made three round back to them for fix my nails after paying 100. Service was that bad that i have go back to them on second day cuz the design was keep coming off. After 4th day means in the second week i went there to fix my broken nails, they said you have to talk to owner…. And guess what i never heard anything back from the owner.nOverall, they are really over price and worst service.
I had a great experience with my nail technician. She did an amazing job and my pedicure looks great! My only thing is I called to get a polish colour change for my pedicure the lady on the phone when I asked the price said $28 and I was charged $45. Which I was confused about.nOther than that the service was great
