I'm giving this a two stars review because one, I walked in today to get my nails done without an appointment and they were kind enough to take me and two, for effort. I allowed the nail tech free range, I only wanted a refill and design. I asked for bio gel but she gave me UV. She kept trying to persuade me to get UV because it was better and stronger. There was one broken nail I asked her to fix however the method of extraction was very painful and it felt like she had ripped off my nail bed. The design as well as the polish was not executed properly.I was told that I would not be charged for the design but rather for refill. I explained that I didn't mind paying for the service, just as long as i am able to come back to get it fixed two days after. The final price was $45 which I paid and tipped her. With the inconsistencies of the length, shape, and design I will not be going back at all.

Terrible Experience!!! So disappointed I highly recommend to NOT go at this place. They will steal your money and you will not satisfied after what you spent. It’s totally not worthy. Never visit again. I said to do the Gel Nail art and asked for print on my nails and one of the employees said she doesn’t know how to do print. It’s Nail Art salon, it is their job, how come someone doesn’t know their job.

I’ve been to this place around 4 times for manicure and pedicure and never had an issue until now. I did acrylic nails 2 weeks ago which came out fairly well although 2 fell off after 10 days and when I went for a refill and french manicure, this was the horrible job they did. First of all, the lady took 1.5 hours to do it, caused me pain and discomfort, and does not know how to do the shape. What a horrible job. Won’t be coming back.Services: Pedicure

Absolutely horrible experience. The lady, besides being extremely rude, did some nails square and some coffin , she filed my nails way too much on one side and not enough on the other. The colour was not how it looked on the nail samples. These two lady’s yelled at me and told me I should have told the lady from the beginning to stop. It’s funny cause I did. I told her that she was making my nails square and I didn’t like them like that and then when she put the first coat of colour I told her it didn’t look like on the sample. She told me to wait till they were dry and they would look like that. LIES. Honestly go anywhere but here. This place is horrible.

The manicure and pedicure was mediocre and rushed Had to get it corrected Atleast 4 times. I made a mistake of leaving my debit home and they do not accept credit cards, I didn’t realise. Should have known. They made me leave my iPhone behind so i could go get cash. Had to request someone to come with cash so I could leave!!!! And on reaching home realised my manicure already got chipped!!!

I have been coming here for about 7 years. They always do an amazing job! Shout out to T for always giving me the best service!Services: Pedicure

I paid $13 for a good shellac change on my toes, which was totally worth it and lasted a month. Came back for a pedicure and enjoyed that too. However, I decided to do my nails here and I’ve NEVER felt so disappointed about my nails. I am embarrassed and hope no one looks too closely. The edges are not sharp and from the side, they look like the “100 coats of nail polish challenge”. Some nails are so uneven, they aren’t smooth. Some nails are thicker at the tip and it is extremely visible. I asked her to fix multiple issues before proceeding but she just kept saying “wait that’s the next step”. I always get so excited to show off my nails when they’re done, but now I’m just ashamed.

Horrible job. Horrible pedicure, could have put the polish on myself without any sort of foot care, filing. Don't get me started on my full set. I asked for a certain style and got something completely different. The application is crooked and the gel made the nails look fat, rounded and full of imperfect bumps. First and last never again!!! Not to mention the old stale 2001 nail polishes they have. They need to step it up its 2018. Get with the game.

I got my nail done on friday. Today is 3th day and as you see in the picture nail polish started to peel off. Dont waste your money.
