TERRIBLE! Showed up for an appointment only to discover I was given wrong pricing information over the phone about a service. This was bad enough but the staffer was incredibly rude and dismissive - trying to offload the issue to a coworker. She got me so angry. She would not honour a Groupon price and was intent on upselling me. A skilled customer service representative would have tried to find a compromise , especially given that I was a regular customer, but this woman was incorrigible! Word of mouth in this business is everything. I will not return. Management should fire her - this idiot salesperson is pushing people out of the establishment.

The owner knows how to cut hair and make you look good! His staff of hair dresses are very good as well, when Frank was away on holiday's a couple of time I had to use other persons, and they perform just as good. I highly recommend this salon.
